Here we look at creating a new normal that feels safe for us in our world, we look at building confidence, dealing with anxiety and fear plus how to say 'NO' so we can listen to our needs and feelings.
Starting Tuesday 1st June 6.30pm - 8.30pm or catch up in your own time.
4 weeks of teaching, 4 weeks of workbooks. Private Facebook Group to share ideas and support.
Donation basis (suggested amount £5 per week) how ever please do not let money be an obstacle to helping you with your Mental Health.
Well-being in the work place
Workshops and courses around helping staff feel more comfortable in the workplace after the last 16 months.
Even though we have dates to work towards coming back into 'nornmaility' in the workplace can be a scary place. These workshops with Nicky help your team to understand why they might be feeling the way that they do and to help them take steps into feeling 'safe' again in the owrk place.
Including a 10 steps to Normality check list and plan which can smooth they way back into our new normality.

We have created a welcoming group that meet up on Facebook Live each Friday, these fun classes include a 30 minuet discussion around the important areas for our well being. We look at food and drink choices, Movement, Self Care, acts of Kindness and the barriers that may be there and the small steps we can look to take.
Join our safe private group on facebook which allows everyone to (if they choose) share success, struggles and ideas.
Classes around Mental Health
Face to face classes (once able) these popular classes touch on a new topic each month all around helping you rediscover who you are, to help with changes in circumstances and deal with both anxiety and stress.
